Ronnie has an extensive and diversified background in providing real estate services in all classes of real estate including commercial, residential and vacant land. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Real Estate and Urban Development. Prior to joining Peoples Equity Partners, Ronnie has been an agent and broker for several real estate brokerage firms, a real estate appraiser for his own firm and an officer and director of a community bank. He is a certified general appraiser in the State of Georgia.

Kelly is a lifelong resident of Winder/Barrow County. After graduating high school, she attended Gainesville Junior College and Lanier Technical College where she studied business administration and banking & finance. Kelly worked for The Peoples Bank in Winder for 23+ years holding various positions to include; VP/Real Estate Closing Department Manager and VP/Executive Assistant to the President/CEO. She joined Peoples Equity Partners, LLC in January 2011 and obtained her real estate license in 2012. She enjoys running and spending time with friends and family.

Chuck McCranie Land Sales Associate

As a Land Sales Associate with Peoples Equity Partners, Chuck McCranie has over 35 years of real estate marketing and consulting experience specializing in agricultural farmland and timberland. Chuck’s extensive history as an agricultural professional and real estate sales agent is a valuable asset to the firm. Chuck worked 37 years with USDA-NRCS as a Conservationist where he provided conservation consulting advice to landowners with farmland, timberland, and cattle operations. He is the founder and owner of Mc Ag Consulting, established in 2015 which provides agricultural engineering and environmental services to landowners. Chuck is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. He has been an agent with several other real estate brokerage firms prior to joining Peoples Equity Partners where his main focus was on farmland and timberland. Chuck is a certified general appraiser in the State of Georgia, a Certified Farm Planner, and has several other designated certificates of training related to agricultural farmland, timberland, and land management.
